If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would. My husband and I worked mainly with Eli Masud and Jarret Jarvis, and we could not have asked for a better team. From the very start, Eli and Jarret would take the time to explain market trends, provide advice and info about what to look for and what to avoid. We had our ups and downs during the house hunting process (as it notoriously goes in the Chicago housing market), but we never felt unprepared or alone when navigating murkier waters. By the end of what seemed like an endless search for the perfect place, we considered Eli and Jarret more as friends

I worked with Eli Masud. As a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous about purchasing a home. Eli helped simplify a rather complicated process which made for a much more pleasurable experience.
In terms of knowledge, Eli was incredible. I feel like I learned so much about the key items to look for in a home and I was fortunate that he actually talked me out of buying a couple of places with issues.

After my experience with Eli at Second City Agents, I know I have an agent for life. During an emotional time after the passing of my sister, Eli showed amazing patience, support and empathy for my family while we cleaned out her townhome to get it ready for listing. Eli provided great contacts in the city for a maid and carpet cleaner and handled the sale of the townhome without any hiccups. He presented a sales strategy from day one and within 72 hours of going live, the townhome was under contract. A true professional, I highly recommend Eli and Second City Agents!

Eli & Jose are an excellent combo realtor team with Second City Agents! As a lender in Chicago, I find it extremely rare that an appraisal comes back higher than the purchase price. I can honestly say the majority of the mortgages I work on for their clients, the appraisal is coming in $10,000 or higher than the purchase price. They have a very efficient system down where they communicate clearly, quickly and leverage the best possible deal for their clients before getting into a multiple offer situation. I could go on and on here, but just one quick conversation with them will speak for itself
