So,
I'm not sure what the front of house deal is.
Larry (older white gentleman) sat us and was very un welcoming and cold. We have a ESA with us so we had to sit in the "lounge" according to Larry. It looked like most, if not all of the Asians were sat in the front of the restaurant while every other guest that walked by went to the back? (Not trying to play the race card...)
(Wanted to post a video but I apparently can't on Yelp)
When we called to make the reservation and mentioned our animal, they should have informed us then, not once we arrived.

My friends and I came here for afternoon tea and it was a lovely experience! I didn't realize that there was live music at this venue, so that's was a pleasant surprise. The tea was not traditional, but it was still beautiful! They use adorable birdcage shaped tiered trays for the afternoon tea service, and they include a scone, a quiche, 2 finger sandwiches, and a few desserts. I took off 1 star for 2 reasons: 1) the tea uses tea bags... this is disappointing, especially for the price. I've been to cheaper spots that brew fresh loose leaf tea. 2) there was no clotted cream for the

This is quickly becoming my fave brunch spot in the Upper West Side. It has great views of Columbus Circle so even if it’s gray and rainy out, the restaurant is bright and cheery. The food’s UK flare is both comfort food but not heavy. Must order: Bed of Roses champagne cocktail, the truffle fries and the truffle Caesar salad with juicy grilled shrimp is highly recommended. And if you have the chance, make sure to be seated with server, Sean. He has great advice on what to order, his timing is perfect-he always checked in with us just at the right moment. Not too much, not too little. He was

Food and drinks were amazing, but nothing can beat the view of Columbus Circle from the dining area. We had a shaky start with no server coming to our table for several minutes after sitting down. Fortunately, someone noticed and the hostess came over to greet us and happily took our entire order. Our first course arrived about 5 minutes later and everything was smooth from there. A very impressive recovery from the shaky start.
All the food was fantastic with great attention to detail and well thought out components put together perfectly. The Caesar salad was a highlight along with a squash

MMmm this is a good place to bring someone to impress them!
The soup was creamy and delicious and the pickled squash (honeynut squash gemelli) really complemented it as a whole. The steak was tender and juicy and cooked perfectly medium rare, the gravy is a nice addition along with the potatoes which were spiced very well. For desert, the icecream and pudding goes well with each other, a very nice mixture of texture and flavor. Ofc on the expensive side but would recommend!

Came for afternoon tea and was pleasantly impressed. The amount of food looks small but is actually very filling, especially with the unlimited tea ($55 a person). The only reason why 4 stars is the tea could be stronger - I expected leaves but the jasmine tea was a bag. Service, atmosphere, and cleanliness were great

Alice in Wonderland themed brunch cafe? And with a gorgeous view of Columbus Circle! Probably the fanciest brunch I've experienced so far.
Pinkies Up ~ that gorgeous purple ombré drink! It wasn't my drink but I wish I had ordered it now, the waiter said it was their most "Instagrammable" drink (it's Gin & Grapefruit juice)
Croque Madame ~ yummy! I changed my mind around 5 times before I actually ordered (as always ) but I was so satisfied with this!!
Eggs Royale ~ smoked salmon, typical brunch food
Pastry Platter ~ also really liked everything here. The Mushroom

This is such a cute spot for brunch with an amazing window view of Columbus Circle. My group was mesmerized by the interior as we walked to our table. Unfortunately, this restaurant is only open for brunch and closes at 3pm on Sundays so plan accordingly. They also only serve their afternoon tea menu Monday-Saturday so that was a bummer.
Service was attentive and our waiter was so friendly. We ordered a pastry basket to share (which had quite an assortment of pastries/sweets). My group enjoyed their individual breakfast dishes and the cocktails were good.
Would definitely return to this

I want to love this place. I keep going back to find something that will stick for me to love. I'm typical English fashion, the food here is atrocious. The ambiance is very "high class English/ Nyc"... the food is a problem.
I went for tea this time. The waitress was the sweetest girl in the world. There was a manager at the door who had Hailey Bieber vibes, was also really nice. Their tea combo and pricing was excellent. My tea was really good and more than enough for one. The pastries that came along with tea were horrible.... Either not enough filling or just not good.

Definitely would recommend this spot for the food, atmosphere, and service. Amazing brunch with a view. The drinks were great! The food was also very good. The smoked salmon in the Egg Royal was delicious. The fries that came with the fish and chips were extra crispy and thin. The pastry basket was a great shareable item. Service was great and our server was extremely friendly with a great personality. Definitely check the hours to this spot! Didn't realize that they don't have afternoon tea on Sunday. Will need to return another time to try out the afternoon tea options.

Beautiful restaurant located on the 3rd floor of the Time Warner Building at Columbus Circle. We were seated promptly for our brunch reservation. Thanks for the lady in front, we got a table by the window where we overlooked the scenery outside. Location is perfect as it's right by Central Park.
Pastry basket was great to share. Huge portions. The bluebird cheeseburger was delicious with an option of regular or truffle fries. Please get the truffle fries. You will not regret. We saw people next to our table got it as side order and the portion was enormous. The English breakfast was very

They have great afternoon tea selection. If you reserve ahead of time, def recommend asking for a window seat because you can see out to central park. But even farther in the decor is very cute. Very much an Instagram friendly place. They even had live music the time I went and it def added to the vibe.
Cute for girls day out.

I am so in love with this place! The service was beyond amazing! I enjoy going to a restaurant where I don’t have to look around for the waiter. I swear he must have been psychic because he just appeared whenever we needed him. The pastries were delectable, the food was flavorful and we especially enjoyed the beautiful voice and music of the live jazz. I highly recommend this place and plan to go back soon!

I adored this restaurant! The view is beautiful. The staff, welcoming and friendly. The decor is fun to look at! The bartender is a philosopher, I had fun chatting with him. I had the steak and eggs for brunch. The sauce that accompanied the steak eggs and chips was one of the best things I've ever eaten. Charming and delicious. You'll love Bluebird London.

First time here and for restaurant week. Their restaurant week menu contains appetizers, main courses and desserts for $39. Love the menu gives you three choices on each courses.
Love the decorations and the views. Reminds me of London and the server wearing suits.

Highly recommend for high tea. Kevin, our waiter was very nice. Great tea offering, pastries, cucumber… sandwiches, quiche. I would highly recommend a table by the window to see Columbus circle and Central Park. I went on Saturday when there was lovely live music - which was a wonderful enhancement to the experience.

OMG this place is so amazing!!!! I literally took a trip with my friend to have a tea date with the girls at Bluebird London and it did not disappoint. It's currently Restaurant Week but RW is not an option on the weekends. Brunch was what was on the menu and can I say they food was just lush! From the variety of options from the pastry basket to the main course to desert...yum,yum,yum,yum,yum. Oh customer service was awesome l. I didn't get his name but he was so nice and patient plus he sat my friends and I on a table with a gorgeous view of the city.
Now to the ambience...oh what

Walked through this cool 5 story mall on Columbus Circle, and were looking for some brunch. Bluebird seemed like a great place to sit. I did not have a reservation but they were able to accommodate 2. Very nice area with attentive wait staff. We started with the pastry sampler plate with would have actually been a decent breakfast.
We split the 3 egg omelet and a side order of bacon. The omelet come with a beautiful salad. I was expecting 2 slices of bacon but I think there were seven! Seven is heaven!
Anyway, price is pretty much in line with the area, food was great, service was great

I came for my birthday and was underwhelmed but Anthony, the GM, reached out to make it right and I welcomed trying the restaurant again. The service was very attentive. Shawn, our waiter, thoroughly explained our menu as they were rolling out a few more dishes. I'll highlight my favorites:
1) shrimp cocktail - the shrimps were undeniably plump and fresh! We eagerly ate them up and the mayonnaise / tomato dipping sauce was a welcome change to the normal cocktail dipping sauce
2) the drinks!! The queen b gin and tonic has a magical glittery effect and I really loved the signature bluebird

Ordered some snacks with our drinks and was impressed. Delish!! Really enjoyed the Big Shrimp Cocktail and an order of Fries.
Also came here for afternoon tea with a girlfriend and loved the Tea selections and quite a few pastries to choose from.
Overall loved this place and will definitely return to this gem.
