I have been living in apartments for ever 15 years now and this is the first complex that has regular power outages ... In the year and half I have been here there have been 4 of them .. they are also over priced for the space you pay for . The staff are helpful and professional, and they respond to your request promptly

I'm a Utrgv international faculty member. I'm writing this to warn future international faculty/Space X workers who come to Brownsville. While doing my postgraduate education in other places in Texas and Michigan, I have never faced such as inefficient and discriminatory leasing process. After I submitted my application and paid my deposit and fees, communication from the lesson office has been extremely poor. I had to call several times to ask about the status of my application until they told me I needed a co-signer because I have no credit history. They were not able to send my co-signer the

I have had an unacceptable experience with Las Palmas in my first month here. I moved in, and the apartment was not cleaned/prepared from the previous tenant. There was a garbage can from housecleaning indicating some cleaning ongoing at some point, but dirt all over the hardwood floors. There were no stovetops. There was no microwave. There were holes in a cabinet where a microwave once was. The dryer was broken. The dishwasher was broken. They gave me the wrong keys. It has been a month and they have now replaced the keys, done a poor job cleaning the floors (I had to clean over them, scrubbing

I have been renting at the Las Palmas Apartments for almost a year now and currently at the end of my lease. Out of all the locations I have stayed at in the past years prior to renting at Las Palmas I have not experienced the management and staff be so willing to help out their tenants.
Ms. Sonia Munoz who is the current Property Manager/RGV Area Manager has on many occasions worked with me in regards to any late fee or dues I fell behind on due to personal issues and she was willing and able to work with me to create a solution to resolve any issues.. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Las Palmas. Ive been living here for a while, and Im currently moving out. From management, Sonia, to maintenance, Lonnie. They have truly been fantastic and always out did themselves. We will definitely miss living at Las Palmas, but were thankful how wonderful the staff has made our experience while we were living here. We highly recommend living here!
