I want to give a shoutout to Ms. Jeimy Garcia! She is a leasing agent at Midtown and she was so wonderful in helping me renew my lease. She was well informed and knowledgeable. She answered all me questions promptly and guided me through the process. I would have been lost without her. Not only was she helpful but she was warm and welcoming like any customer service employee should be, thank you so much for your help!

Been trying to get maintenance to resolve an issue since September 21st. Can never get a hold of anyone. I leave a message with my name and number and no return calls. I have filled out tickets and am told they will go out to fix it but they don’t. I’ve been here since they first opened and it has really gone downhill. Avoid at all costs.
