I cannot recommend Salma & Company highly enough! As a first-time homebuyer, I really looked to Rhanda and Laila to walk me through the entire process - they made sure I understood each step as we progressed and they were very dialed in to the market, pricing, and offer strategy. I would like to say that Im a reasonable person and that I have unlimited funds to spend on real estate. But I would be lying. When it comes to housing and investments, I have unreasonable expectations and Ive never met a penny I didnt pinch, hard. Nonetheless, Rhanda & the entire Salma family have been able to find me great properties and negotiate great deals. Along the way, they provided expert insight into the local housing market. Unlike other "agents" I have used in the past, these folks actually advocated for my position and were always available to discuss issues or view potential

Weve used Salma & Company for two real estate transactions in San Francisco one an investment property and one for our forever home. Rhanda Salma & Laila Salma have deep knowledge of the marketplace and inventory out there. They opened our eyes to areas we hadnt considered like Miraloma Park in San Francisco and helped us to see the potential of the property. They are very savvy on pricing strategy and helped us map out an effective plan. So effective, in fact, that we got the house we loved on our very first offer (we beat 13 other offers!).
