We found Bonnie quite by accident when a historical Victorian in Alameda suddenly dropped its price into our range. The realtors handling the property were flaky (likely due to COVID throwing everyone off). But luckily we found Bonnie and her well-documented work with Victorian homes all over the San Francisco Bay Area through her website. She agreed to contact the realtor handling the sale and arranged for us to view the property within a matter of days. While we had to keep the walkthrough brief due to COVID concerns (all parties were masked and practiced distancing as much as the space would

Well, we went through hell with Bonnie. She lied to us more than Trump has lied to the American people. She bought my home herself, by cruel and illegal thing she does with her partner at the title office i think the title lady was Chinese??? Co-demon. She never showed my house as she said, faked an interested party, bought it herself and sold it to one of her friends later. The list goes on and on and on. This is not libel I have proved it in a court of law. I had a gag order on for 7 years. It's even a lot worse than that. She has no soul and can lie right to your face, She has damaged

I have known Bonnie for almost 15 years, initially through the Victorian Alliance - Bonnie was President of the Alliance for almost 3 years and she shared her passion about preserving the many beautiful, historical buildings in San Francisco.Although I have not purchased or sold a house using Bonnie's services, I have spoken with numerous people who share very positive real estate experiences with Bonnie. Most of them have ended up becoming her friends. She has always been very forthcoming with advice about construction, rentals and the complicated building codes, that have helped guide many of

Bonnie Spindler is the best real estate agent I know in SF. Can't find more experienced, knowledgeable agent in town. One star review by [misspelled] "Elivs Presely" sounds odd and irrelevant. But if you are looking to buy or sell real estate, I highly recommend Bonnie.

Whether you're buying, selling, or renting one of her properties, Bonnie is one of the most experienced, trustworthy, and fair agents in SF. You're in excellent hands with Bonnie whose clients become lifelong friends. The one star review from Elvis Presley is off the mark. Bonnie is super responsive and a real gem!

Bonnie is simply THE BEST at what she does. Bonnie represented us as first-time buyers, and we could not be happier with our experience from A to Z. She went above and beyond in finding us the perfect place within our budget -- she managed to understand exactly what we were looking for, even better than we did at the time. And since we were both novices to the home buying process, she was also with us every step of the way explaining every aspect of the transaction clearly and patiently, getting the deal done despite some minor bumps in the road, and soothing our jitters! On top of of all that
