The service offering has been flexible, the team has been accommodating to our changing requirements and David has been very helpful in bringing ideas and experience from other HOAs in Northern Ohio. Barnett Management, Inc. provides comprehensive Property Management Services for Residential and Commercial Condominiums, Townhome, and Homeowners Associations, The properties that we currently manage range in size from 12 condominium units to over 1000 units and are located throughout Northeastern Ohio.
What We Offer

Collect all monies due the Association by any legal means available (liens, courts, etc.)*. Administer all transfers of units, including Letter of First Refusal, insurance certificate transfer and welcome letter to new owner with association fee, payment info, what is covered, etc. Plan and attend General Meetings including reservation of hall if necess, Resident notification and proxy.

The Design/Architectural Review Committee of your Association, in accordance with all Association Deed Restrictions, requires that you first obtain written approval from your Association. Indicate on this map, the location of your proposed addition, include a description of the addition, with accurate dimensions, specific materials to be used, colors and other design notes.
