After originally being told by AAA that they dont do commercial vehicles anymore and then told by another tow company that it would be a 2.5hr wait. Cruz from Freeway Towing showed up super fast, got the vehicle hooked up in no time and even dropped it in my front yard for me. Will definitely keep their business card in my wallet for future towing needs. Id definitely recommend this company and ask for Cruz if you can. Shamrock Electric approves of this company 100%

I called this shop from another state because my daughters car had broken down on the freeway in Phoenix and her phone had overheated and she was overwhelmed. Raul the owner answered and when he heard the situation, he jumped in a truck himself and went and immediately took care of things at a very reasonable rate. My daughter was very impressed with the service as well. Very highly recommended.

Love dealing with this tow company! Cruz got the job done in amazing time. My husband and I were very impressed. Hot day and having to lay on the ground to get my car on the flat bed he did a wonderful job. Very friendly to us and knew what he was doing!

Normally I have roadside with AAA or from the dealership. I completely forgot that my car hit it's 3 years and I lost the included roadside. After getting a flat tire, I had no idea who to call. I searched for towing services and most wouldn't answer the phone. Freeway Towing was the only one to answer! Thankfully I had made it home and was able to schedule a service. Everything was communicated, pricing, arrival time, etc etc and all was followed through. That's incredibly rare! The original agent was great, scheduled a time, and quoted a price. That was the exact price I was charged following the service. I was told I would receive a call before the tow truck arrived, I did exactly 30 minutes before arrival. I had my car ready and it was an incredibly smooth process from meeting Raul and loading my car up. I really hope to never have to use them again, but I will if the time comes!

Absolutely amazing service. 5/5 stars wish I could give more. Driver and phone agent were super patient with me and gave me fast service and an amazing rate. 170$ for Scottsdale to Laveen, about 19 miles, it was the cheapest most affordable rate I could get with any company in az, everyone else gave me quotes for 200$+. 10/10 service. I highly recommend.
