Chiropractic care in pregnancy is critical to the normal physiological function of both the mother and baby throughout pregnancy and birth. Tense muscles and ligaments in the low back and pelvis can lead to uterine nerve interference, pelvic misalignment, and tightening and torsion of pelvic muscles and ligaments.
Lip and Tongue Ties

Tongue tie, or ankyloglossia (AG), is a congenital condition in which an abnormally short frenulum restricts the tongue's ability to function properly. A lip tie is an unusually tight labial frenulum, which keeps the upper lip tethered to the gum line. A buccal tie is an abnormally tight frenum in the cheeks.

Dr. Miri Logan began her career as a registered nurse. She then completed additional coursework and earned her animal chiropractic certification from Options for Animals based out of Kansas. While at Logan she completed additional coursework in acupuncture and developed a love for acupuncture after experiencing its many benefits.
