These are our rock star front desk coordinators. They serve alongside all of our doctors here at Back on Track Chiropractic to assist with all your Chiropractic in-office rehabilitation. They also handle all our scheduling, insurance verification, as well as handling our back office work. They are an instrumental and intricate part of our operation.
Becoming a Patient

Just call us at (636) 742-3733 during our normal business hours to schedule an appointment with one of our licensed Chiropractors. As a new patient we ask that you arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out paperwork. Please have your insurance cards with you so that we may verify your patient benefits.
