City Air Experts started in 2009. Rafael and Roger wanted to introduce a new service model in the market where technicians could focus on what they are really good at, solve HVAC issues. They both came from other companies where performance was measured based on revenue generated and that created a lot of stress for them.
In 2020, our valued partner Roger retired at the end of the year and Rafael became sole proprietor. After several years serving the greater Charlotte area, City Air Experts continues growing year by year by emphasizing its strong values; always do what is important for the customer.
