Mike and Joe were awesome. They were incredibly competent and friendly. They were careful and thorough. They let me know at the beginning of the window that theyd arrive somewhere toward the end of the window. They came exactly when they said they would. They worked efficiently and were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best service and quality you can get. Ive used two other couch cleaning companies and nobody was ever able to get my upholstery as clean as this. I called up on a Sunday evening and they were at my house Monday. Sonny was extremely detailed with the process and let me know exactly what to expect. He mentioned that one or two of the problematic stains may not come out but actually all the stains are gone. Best of all no chemical odors. I will be continuing to use PureGreen and have already setup another appointment for my mothers house.

Pure Green was very prompt with setting up the appointment, and the technician, Luis, came on time. He spent ample time explaining what he saw. He was very honest, and told me I had a huge stain on my carpet which was caused by a leak from an unknown source. He suggested that I first ask the building to come assess the source of the leak and to ensure that I dont have mold underneath my carpet. Given I have asthma, which is the reason I wanted to get the carpet cleaned in the first place, I truly appreciated his advice.

Despite the terrible circumstances most of us are facing when requesting carpet and upholstery cleaning services, my experience in dealing with PureGreen and Sonny in particular was nothing short of perfect. The Condominium building I used to live in caught fire on a Sunday morning while I was away. The only thing I cared about in my flat was a newly acquired hand-knit rug from Morocco that I had bought there a few months earlier. It was damaged by lots of dirty water and smoke. I received the recommendation that I should get it cleaned as soon as possible (before it dried). I contacted 3/4 vendors
