I went into JQ looking for some catheter supplies last week and was fairly lost as to the process with prescriptions, insurance, etc. I didn't catch the name of the woman I worked with, but she was great. She went above and beyond to help me get things figured out. The prices for supplies was very reasonable and she was super friendly and just made a very simple experience.

I have been going to JQ Medical for over a decade now and they have been the BEST!! Today, they stayed open late so I could pick up some supplies that I had forgotten to order. They have always had amazing service and an amazing staff!

I have been a client of JQ for years and never had a issue. Including during the Covid shutdown. However when I had to add Medicare to my insurance all things changed. Weeks waiting to get help, staff not able to do a order I was told
( only manager can do your order) Ive offered to get any documentation they might need. But still no response. Ive emailed, left messages to no answer. They have left me unable to check my diabetes because my transmitter is out. Obviously they really dont care about my health and well-being.

Each time i order supplies from JQ Medical there is a problem. They seem to be incapable to getting preauthorization from any physicians offices and I ultimately have to follow up with them to get the order processed. I just can't be that difficult. I'll be researching other options to get my son's diabetes supplies.

The staff at JQ is absolutely great. They were so very helpful and friendly; while they were not able to provide the supplies we needed due to our insurance, they still went out of their way to ensure we had alternatives for the supplies. I highly recommend JQ Medical Supply!
