Worse property management they changed there name mutiple times because they scam alot and also charge u like 1000s of dollar to do a 100 dollar job so they can pocket the extra money for themselves barely do there job as a property management company this is the wrost property management ever

The entire rental agency was very helpful in showing me available apartments. Their system of viewing apartments was great and made it easy for me to view multiple properties in one day! They answered all questions I had and after applying they got back to me right away to know that I was approved.

I held back for 2+ years in the hopes that things would get better versus worse. My wife and I have had a terrible experience with this rental agency. While not entirely their fault, the way they handle complaints or trouble is abissmal to be nice. You're constantly in voice prompts when you call. You are 99% likely to never speak to a real person on your first attempt no matter what time of day or day of week. Expect delays in their response time for everything. When you ask any staff member for an update, you're met with "there's nothing I can do" phrases and no solution. I chose to write this

Gallagher and Lindsey has been our property managers for four years. I've had quick responses when things need to be fixed and they even negotiated with our difficult HOA to fix our kitchen when we had a huge leak a couple years ago.

The company was very accommodating when we were looking for a rental property. Mr. Snell was very helpful and took time to help our family find a place that met our needs and budget. Thank you very much Mr. Snell! The office staff, Barbara and Jannine, was also very helpful. Barbara helped with the process on the paperworks, and updated us on our application accordingly. Jannine was responsible for the initial and final inspection for the home, and was thorough. As far as the home maintenance, the maintenance department followed through promptly when informed and written request was made related

Before I moved into my current home I had heard that GL was terrible. I was really worried. I have been pleasantly surprised. I've lived in a GL property for 4 years and have had good communication and professionalism from them. I am really glad that they launched a new website and now repairs can be sent via email rather than on the phone. Most notably they have been a great liaison between me and the owner whenever questions about the property come up.

Friendly and helpful staff got me into an apartment very quickly. The process was clear and they were responsive to all of my questions and concerns. They seem to have lots of inventory of some great buildings in Alameda.
