Tom is a great manager. The best property manager I ever see. When moving out, they just charge a little amount for cleaning carpet and return me the rest. Super fair and transparent. One year after we moved out, we need some paper work from Tom and he was try his best to get the document for us. Can't expect anything better than that.

TOM the worst manager in bay era I seen ever
It's ok I'm deferent color
but treat my like other human
not like a deferent color and notionally
They show u sunny apartments when u chose then they make a drama and show u the worst one
And they are fraud thank god I couldn't sign any contract with this dum person
