Just from a visitors perspective it looks nice, safe & homey. Every time I visit I can definitely say it stays pretty quiet which is always important. Parking is never an issue! I dont have anything negative to say about the property If I had to choose something then Id say the 1 minor annoyance would be how big of a dip it is to get into the lot. Thats me having to nitpick for something less than stellar. Again this is just a perspective as a visitor. I do not live there. So others may have different things to notate about the property.

My wife and I have been lived since January 06. While a lot of people are paying a thousand dollars r more a month for rent we only $315 a month and the water. We both love it here

Follow the rules and the ones they make up as you live their. Now the rules Don't apply to everyone but still follow the rules they give to you personally and it'll be ok. Not really a bad place to live as long as you follow the rules. It's safe and quiet. I like the fact it's 5 miles an hour driving down the road lots of kids. It's good for families to live their and the elderly because it's a safe place. Just wish they had a play ground. Also, so much convenience HEB , Walmart right down the road. Beach like 10 min away. Places to eat as well that are good places to eat. You got Mexican, seafood

Cant say much about Martha's vineyards trailer park, but their storage units are best value for size for your money.
