No pool no clubhouse nothing. It is an ugly park charging rates comparable to other parks in the area, except they have amenities.

Lots of stray pitbuls. Water is shut off at least once a week. Terrible place to raise your kids or bring your animals.

Not the newest, so if your looking for shiny this isnt for you, but they keep the place well kept, there is an on site laundry and the office staff are really nice.

They don't return your deposit they say they have a month to do it and don't . Oh if you have an RV they ask you to connect your own light company. Kind of defeats the purpose of the deposit
