Helping children with challenges gain confidence, learn life skills and develop physical strength through riding a horse. We understand that every challenge, every person, is unique. We patiently work with and children and adults who have autism, brain injuries, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, behavioral issues, down-syndrome, and developmental delays.
We also work with at-risk youth, victims of violence, veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and students with many other mental health challenges such as ADD, ADHD, or Bipolar Disorder. We love HorseSense and Loree! With her time and patience each week, my daughter has gained so much self confidence, learned so much about all the animals.

Riding horses is fun, and even people challenged with severe autism can do well at riding. Horses calm riders, allowing them to focus, think and accept training. Horses are bigger and stronger than a dog or cat, giving a child opportunities to tap into and develop his or her own inner strength.
