I'm a self healing-cycle breaker and divinely imbued vessel of ancient (womb) wisdom. I boldly advocate for self healing using reiki activation and yoni steaming, integration of our divine gifts, and the collective rise of rewilded womxn. As women, we've been told many lies about our bodies, birth control, what's considered "normal" about having a period, and how to treat many of our menstrual cycle issues.

Since going off of birth control about 3 years ago, my period symptoms consistently got worse and more painful.
