King Home Inspections does not inspect at the state minimum. Our inspections may take a little longer than some but we figured you would rather have us be thorough than quick. Again, all of our inspectors are equipped with Flir Thermal Cameras to assist them in making their determinations at no added cost to you.

We are able to keep our prices low because most of our business comes from referrals. We aren't paying for multiple marketing people, give away programs, office space, parties, etc. just good home inspectors.
