The Buyers Home Inspection (includes thermal imaging), typically performed for buyers to get a full evaluation of a home and what repairs may be needed. Partial inspections may be performed on new roof installations, room additions, or large remodel jobs to ensure your contractors are performing to industry standards.
This may be done prior to making a final payment to the contractor. New construction Phase Inspections may be performed prior to pouring the concrete slab and prior to drywall. Many underlying aspects of the home can be evaluated at this time. The New Home Inspection, performed at the time of delivery of a newly built home, this inspection is much more critical of the fit and finish of the new home.

Very flexible with scheduling. He caught several other things that another home inspector completely missed. I've recommends him to my realtor for other home sales for her and would use again if I ever move again. We have a new build and our one year anniversary was coming up where we needed to report anything we wanted our builder to know / fix.

There are many causes for construction defects that can affect the Cosmetic Quality, Safety, and Structural integrity, both short term and long. Under- qualified labor is most often blamed, but sometimes it is poor design or planning by the builder. Lack of supplies or improper sequence of events can cause problems.
Mold Inspections
Report
Smell Mold but can not see? We can inspect for visible signs and unusual moisture and test for hidden mold in the air. Upon arrival, we will discuss your needs and what you want to achieve by the investigation, and then determine what it will take to get satisfactory results. Depending on the needs, 3 to 4, or even more samples may be needed from different areas of the home, or before and after HVAC systems are run.
Thermal Imaging
Report
Discover how a thermal imaging inspection can help you detect problems with your home's insulation, moisture, and other major issues. Thermal Imaging cameras, also known as infra-red, are utilized in all Inspections we perform. We use a high quality Fluke Camera (not a cheap iPhone Gadget.) It is not X-ray Vision.
