Originally founded in 1884 as one of Utah's first breweries, Fisher Brewing Company has returned as an employee owned, community-focused craft brewery. Located in the Granary District of Salt Lake City, we serve fine ales and lagers on draft in our brewery taproom. A true French wheat beer finished with 60lbs of fresh, local beets from High Desert Produce Co.
