We have been on Historic Main Street in Park City since 2009. We encourage our customers to taste and create their own unique flavors, while enjoying the unique environment of our tasting room.

Mountain Town Olive Oil Co. offers over 20 different kinds of extra virgin olive oils, including outstanding single varietals from Australia, Europe, and California. We take pride in offering the freshest olive oils in Utah and can help you navigate the flavor profiles of each olive oil. In addition, we offer several different fused and infused extra virgin olive oils that can be used for bread dipping to saute to baking.
Mild EVOO

Mild Extra Virgin Olive Oils are often characterized by their fruitiness, creaminess and mild taste. Not a lot of pepper or bitterness with these oils, which correlates to the lower overall polyphenol content. Mild EVOOs are great for baking, grilled fish, milder cheeses, soups, and sauces where you don't want the oil to overshadow the flavor.

We feature 20 different kinds of aged balsamic vinegars from Modena, Italy, including an outstanding 18 year traditional balsamic. Our flavored balsamics are infused with real ingredients, carefully crafted to give them just the right amount of flavor so whatever you use them for turns out great! Our selection includes several fabulous fruity balsamics, white balsamics and incredible dessert balsamics.

The "extra" in EVOO represents the absolute highest grade for olive oil; the best you can buy. Olive oil should be stored in a cool, dark place; well controlled pantry conditions are recommended. Light and heat are two of the primary enemies of olive oil. Packaging in dark glass is also important to shield olive oil from UV rays and light.
