5 stars is such a low score to give. Tbh Id give 10 stars if I could! Being that I am a woman of color, I have found it extremely hard to find someone that I could trust in dealings with darker skin complexions. Ive tried laser hair removal before in the past and had results where my skin looked worse (dark scars). Afraid of doing more damage I never went back. As a woman you never want to feel that prickly feel on your chin (but lets face it it happens) and I decided to give electrolysis a try. Diane was a true God send because she understood how to work with ALL skin types and skin tones

I've had an excellent experience with Diane. As a Black woman, I was scared of possible scarring with electrolysis. Thankfully, I haven't experienced any. Diane was extremely patient with answering ALL of my questions about the process, use of sterilized equipment, pricing, etc.

I have had a couple treatments now with Miss Diane and she is amazing! I've never thought I could get rid of the hair. She answered all my questions, areas of concerned and made me feel at ease about the process. I can't thank her enough for the encouragement to start the process. Everyone is different but for me... within 1 treatment there was a total change in my skin where my treatment was done.

Im so happy of the choice I made. The personal attention is amazing. I did my hair removal and I cant be more satisfied with the results but also the attention I received, the place was very clean, the safety measures were excellent and fees were a great deal. The procedure was zero discomfort and the environment was very relaxing. I will definitely be back... love it
