This was mine and my cousins first time trying out surfing and we were definitely a bit nervous. Our teacher Noah helped us feel at ease and understand the basics while guiding us through the whole process! If you have ever been curious about surfing I definitely recommend you book through VB surf sessions!

Our 2 kids (6 and 9) loved VB Surf Sessions surf camp! Well organized, fun, and all the instructors are GREAT. They both caught lots of waves and improved so muchin paddling, controlling their boards, popping up, etc. The dolphins going down the beach each day were so fun for them to see up close too. The parking is easy and accessible and my other kids enjoyed the beach while these two were in camp. One of the reasons we picked this surf camp over others was the ratio of instructors to kids, and Im very glad we considered that-it makes a big difference for safety and quality of instruction

I scheduled a two hour private lesson during a weekend trip to the beach. Ive never surfed before. I wanted to get out on the water and grasp the fundamentals.
Chad, the instructor, was on beach when I showed up. He ran through all the necessary info up front. Went over water safety and basics on land. Used clear and concise communication while in the water. Helped me figure out all the corrections I needed to make. I rode the last three waves into the beach. I definitely got more than I expected out of the experience
He was able to answer all my questions. Explained a ton about surfing. The

My husband, myself and our two grandkids had a great paddle board experience with Mark. The kids, ages 12 and 14 had so much fun! Mark knows how to teach, guide and have fun. It was so easy - we showed up and the paddle boards, life vests, paddles, were set out and waiting for us. A totally excellent experience.
