All players must play in the age-appropriate group (based on birth year) regardless of size or ability. This is a New York State West Youth Soccer Association rule. You may make ONE team request. We cannot guarantee anything, but attempts will be made to honor requests, if they are made in the comments section on the registration and if registration is done before the deadline.

The Mission of Greater Greece Soccer League is to promote soccer in the Town of Greece area by providing a quality training environment for youth, coaches and referees to participate, develop and enjoy the game of soccer, and provide them with the necessary skills and values to succeed in life.

As coaches, managers, and team contacts, you are a vital part of your organization. The documentation below and to the left will help you carry out your duties as such. If, at any point, you believe you should have access to something and do not, contact your local organization's technical contact and they will be able to grant you access to these features if required.

Please SCROLL down and register your player according to their BIRTH year (in parenthesis by each age group). All Greater Greece Soccer League programs adhere to the rules governed by New York State West Youth Soccer Association (NYSWYSA) and the US Youth Soccer Association. Coaches must be responsive to email from comissioners and parents, and must pass a NYSWYSA background check.
Who Are We
Report
There are no try-outs at GGSL, any player who lives in the town of Greece may join by registering and paying the registration fee (provided we have enough teams available). All of the coaches in GGSL are volunteers. About 1/3 of our head coaches are new every year. Many of them have been assistant coaches in the past, but a few of our volunteers have had no previous experience coaching soccer.
Uniform Correction Information

Coaches should report missing, defective or incorrectly sized uniforms DIRECTLY to your Age Group Commissioner via e-mail. This is best for tracking purposes and you will receive a confirmation that your request has been received. Parents are responsible for payment of replacement jerseys, in the event the parent ordered incorrectly.
