Orthopaedic Specialties of Tampa Bay, P.A. was founded in 1968. Throughout the years our practice has expanded to include seven physicians and an outstanding staff. All of our physicians are board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

We are available to schedule your orthopedic appointments Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All previous medical records, x-rays, CT scans, MRI scans or other tests relating to your current medical issue. For your first visit, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to complete your registration paperwork.

We are a Medicare participating provider and also participates in most HMO and PPO plans. Please call our Billing office at (727) 298-0423 with any questions about specific insurance plans. Orthopaedic Specialties requests that you familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations of your insurance policy.

Once you have made your initial appointment, please be sure to visit our Patient Portal to complete your registration and all of your medical history and information. You may also download, print and complete the forms prior to your arrival. The online Patient Portal will help you speed up the new patient registration process and get you in to see the doctor faster!

If you are in need of a prescription refill given to you by an Orthopaedic Specialties physician, please call (727) 446-5993 (Ext. Note: If you request a prescription after 12:00pm, it may take up to 24 hours for a refill. Prescriptions are not refilled after hours, on holidays or weekends. Please plan ahead if yo are running out of medications!
