McLaughlin, Michael was founded in 2012 by two passionate diving instructors who began their professional journey in Thailand in 2009. After completing their divemaster training and underwater videography certifications, we relocated to Panama, where we expanded our expertise and grew our family. In 2012, we established McLaughlin, Michael in Maui, Hawaii, transforming it into a PADI Certified Dive Resort by 2014. Over the years, we have trained nearly 6,000 students, offering personalized scuba experiences tailored to divers of all skill levels. So very recommended! From booking dives to embarking on the dives, the process was smooth and professional. Mike was our guide and it was awesome diving with him! The best dive shop on Maui. Mike is great. Very friendly, reasonable, accommodating and the least expensive shop on the island! Also brings snacks and take pictures! And knows all the best spots. Saw a family of 3

I took my family and myself on an intro scuba dive with NeverDry this week and was blown out of the water with my experience. Michael was our guide and he was very patient, professional, and informative while keeping the atmosphere fun and light. Jennie was also exceptionally helpful in getting all the details situated, keeping my group informed on the changing diving conditions. If I find myself on Maui again - and I hope to be - I will definitely be coming back to NeverDry for another ocean adventure.

As a brand new diver who was definitely nervous, mike was knowledgeable and make me feel comfortable in the water. I learned a lot about diving and all the fish and turtles we saw. We even saw a few sharks! Thanks Mike!

As first time divers, me and my wife were both a bit worried about all the problems we might be facing and Mike did such a wonderful job of briefing us with all the information we need and making sure we know our gigs well enough before getting into the fun part. I can hardly compare this to other diving experience but I'm so glad to have Mike and his crew introduce us to the wild world of scuba diving. For sure we'd expect to adventure more with NeverDry next time we're here. So amazing that he's watching/guiding us while taking time to clean some fisherman trash, and shoot
