I have used Baymark Title & Escrow Services multiple times for personal home buying/selling and refinancing as well as representing buyers and sellers. I can't speak highly enough of the friendly and professional team there. Tammie does a fantastic job "translating" the stack of paperwork for buyers/sellers to actually understand what they are signing. Want to feel completely taken care of when crossing the finish line of a closing?! You need to go to Baymark.
