NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, it is agreed between the parties hereto that the Funds be deposited in Escrow with the Escrow Agent until such time as it is notified in writing by the Parties to terminate the Escrow and disburse the Funds as jointly directed by the parties.
In the event that the Contract identifies a separate party (not Mid South Title) as the Earnest Money Holder or Escrow Agent, both the SELLER and BUYER agree that this Agreement shall control.That the SELLER and BUYER immediately provide for a complete copy of the final and binding Contract, along with any and all Counter-Offers or Addendums, to be sent to MID SOUTH TITLE.
