We are welcoming our new teachers: Jasmine Wei-Ting Chang (cello) and Brian Billion (piano). The Rubinstein Music Academy is a school based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN that delivers exceptional music education. Our programs are designed to inspire students of all ages and abilities. Prospective students are interviewed, and a careful assessment is made of each student's strengths and skills.
