We had talked to a few other attorneys before hiring Jeremy at Jackson White. Jeremy was very upfront with us and told us he would do his best with my restitution issue, which I thought was taken care of 7 years ago. Flat rate was charged and was told if after 2 weeks they felt they couldn't help us, they would reimburse what wasn't used of the fee.
