We walk through your home, and put together a list of recommended repairs for you. Then we break down what your home would sell for "as-is" and what your home would sell for after these repairs are completed. We then make the agreed upon improvements for our clients and defer some or all of the associated costs until their home closes.

Planning to sell can be stressful, and since everyone's circumstances are unique, it's important to have an overall plan that meets your needs. Begin by thinking about some of the terms and condition of the sale, such as timing. When are you hoping to move? Do you need to sell prior to making another home purchase?
