I would recommend never working with this company, they are very unprofessional. Im not just saying this because I was fired but because I have tried to get in contact with somebody for the past 2 months to get proof that I was let go and have to receive any information back. Ive sent emails and voicemails but still nobody have reached out to me. I cant prove that I was fired myself due to the simple fact it was on a zoom meeting call when they fire me.

This place seems to be the after hours line for Breakwater apartments and Greystar. They too are of no help. Even after hours when you have an emergency maintenance request all they do is what you can do yourself, submit a work order and hope that someone will see it and HOPEFULLY someone comes out and fixes the problem. Its been 24 hours

By far the worst property management software out there. I've used them all, and Entrata takes the cake hands down in every category. The reps they use to do after hour emergency call-outs are some of the worst that I've had to deal with as well.

Possibly the worst database system I've had to interact with. Accounts apparently aren't built to handle two different leases for two different years, which is fine as I was told creating a new account with a new email would avoid any problems. That is until I created a new account and it was merged nonetheless without any reason at all. It's clear that whoever made this system had no intention of being thorough or making product that allowed for the most basic functionalities that you'd want when dealing with housing. Needs to be wholly rebuilt from the ground up
