DO NOT USE Synthetic Turf of Illinois or Dream Grass of Chicago. They operate very fishy. I expressed concern when they asked for payment via a gmail account, provided an invoice and asked for payment mailed to a different address, sent a pay pal number which was associated with a different account (Divot Mats). Please read how the owner responded to me when said i did not feel comfortable. Definitely not professional and the quality of materials/work was not great. The lines are crooked. You many send a check, or pay with a credit/debit card. As of April 1st we are no longer accepting ACH as

I had some turf put in that cost me alot of money by Doug and his employees. I was told that I was paying a bit more cause the excavation I had done around my house. The turf has sunk around the excavation after I was guaranteed it wouldn't. Been call and emailing Synthetic turf to come out and fix it and no reply from the Doug the president.
