Our teachers are experts in the individual subjects they teach from core classes-ALT, Language Arts, Math, Social Studies/History, STEM-to specials and electives-American Sign Language (required language for Upper School), Art, Athletics, Drama, Music, Social-Emotional Learning, and more!Moving from class to class has the added benefit of allowing students to stretch their legs and get some fresh air between classes.

Multisensory teaching techniques engage all the pathways of learning-visual, auditory, tactile, and kinesthetic-and enhance receptiveness, working memory, and retention. At Rawson Saunders, multisensory instruction in all subjects, including our renowned, fully integrated ALT program for reading remediation, is what we do best.
Afterschool Programs
Report
There will be no afterschool clubs or classes on half days or during holidays, breaks, or any day that school is not in session. Parents will pay directly or be billed (depending on the program) once their child is registered for club or class. Aftercare is available until 5:30 PM and costs $20/day for drop-in or $15/day if scheduled in advance.
