Ron contacted me about possible placement with a company. His approach was very down to earth yet professionally structured. From a conversation standpoint, we had no barriers. Ron asked probing questions and was able to obtain key answers for placement.. Ron also had great follow-up. He did not appear to be overbearing at anytime... I was in search of a career and I've placed my resume on indeed although I have received several interviews I just couldn't find the right fit in regards to opportunity availability and vison.
