Have had generally great experiences. The front desk is wonderful; they are easy to work with, compassionate and have always followed up. The nurses, doctors and medical team are great - always available for questions and with their evening and weekend hours they're always accessible. My only complaint is their policy that children go back without their parents to see the providers and the providers talk to the parents afterwards. My children have openly resisted this and gotten some pushback from staff but in the end obliged what we pushed for - being included in the initial doctors discussions

Very rude office staff do not recommend sending your child here . I dont even want to give them one star. Called for my childs records after 2 months waiting for records to be sent to new pediatrician and was laughed at and treated very rude by the medical records clerk and her supervisor. Called several times to check status of records to be told something different every time I called and basically to be called a liar.. very unacceptable.

We have been going to this office since the birth of my 18 yr old twins. My youngest who is 8 also is a patient. We have always been treated with kindness and respect. All the doctors and nurses are wonderful. We have Dr. Williams as our primary. She takes her time with my kids and never makes us feel rushed. I recommend this office to anyone who is seeking a pediatrician.

I've been a patient here for all 17 years of my life and I don't think my parents could have chosen a better pediatric office. Every doctor I've seen in this office is always incredibly nice and understanding. I've never had any issues with receptionists or nurses, even times I have gone without my parents. They have always looked out for my best interests and have been very friendly.

The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude to me at my son's last visit. She was arguing with me about billing and went so far as to print something out and hand it to me with her snotty attitude trying to prove me wrong. I have not been a fan of this office from day one of my son's life. We will most definitely be finding a new pediatrician.

We have been visiting this pediatric office as patients for over 10 yrs and have never had a problem. Our children see Dr. Sarah Leddy.. who is amazing, but according to my experience they are all great since I've had the chance to meet with all. The secretary's are also really nice, the clinic is really pretty and well decorated, very clean.. What I can we say?? We've chosen a great place for our little people who's grown with them.. 100% recommended!
