After more than 25 years in leadership roles for several leading Property Management firms, Shelley James launched High 5 Realty Advisors in the fall of 2017 where she worked directly for apartment owners as an asset manager and advisor.
At the urging of several clients, Shelley and her husband/partner, Steve James expanded the company in March of 2018 to include property management services under the name High 5 Residential with a goal of "Creating Exceptional Living Experiences" at a local level.

Shelley is President and founder of High 5 Residential, LLC where she is actively leveraging her 25+years commercial real estate experience to assist clients to increase the value of their real estate investments. Prior to launching High 5, Shelley served as Senior Director of Real Estate for Greystar where she was responsible for leadership of portfolio operations in Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.
