Ongoing medication management ensures proper dosing and treatment effectiveness through regular monitoring appointments. We specialize in psychopharmacology for mood disorders, anxiety conditions, and neurodevelopmental diagnoses. Treatment adjustments consider both clinical progress and patient-reported experiences.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one therapy sessions address specific mental health concerns using evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT. Treatment focuses on developing coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Sessions emphasize skill-building for improved emotional regulation and daily functioning.
ADHD Treatment
Specialized ADHD treatment combines diagnostic assessments with multimodal interventions for children and adults. Our approach integrates behavioral strategies, educational accommodations, and medication when appropriate. We provide ongoing support for managing executive functioning challenges across different life domains.

Dr. McArthur is truly a gem in the field of psychiatry! He builds rapport with his patients and is very warm and kind. He shares his thinking with you so that you understand and have a say in your course of treatment. He is more available than any other psychiatrist I have ever known and is truly there because he cares. Hes not there to push pills, only puts you on what you actually NEED and is supportive when you want to get off of meds, he does talk therapy as well and works amazingly as part of a team when you are seeing other professionals as well. He takes into account my physicians

My Children and myself have seen Dr. McArthur since 2002 and I cannot stress enough how much of a blessing he has been to our family. He literally saved my daughter's life when she was going through her worst case of depression. We relocated due to work, and we still drive 6 hours to make appointments. The entire mental health infrastructure has failed us, but Dr. Mac continues to welcome us and goes out of his way to help in any way he can. This guy has a heart of gold! A blessing from God
