Been coming here since I met Dr Lowe at Summerville Medical when my son was born. So far nothing but pleased. My son is now 6 months old and very healthy. They get you in and out. No games, no nonsense, straight to the point. They girls are nice at reception and scheduling visits are a breeze. Everything I want and need for a pediatrician for my first born. I want to say thanks to the Drs and staff!

I have been coming to the office for many years, as a child and now with my own daughter. We have had very few issues with the office but it is to the point now that I am going to have to seek care for her elsewhere. Getting an appointment has become impossible, much less trying to reschedule one like I attempted to do two weeks ago when my daughter tested positive for Covid due to no one answering the phone. Today was the final straw; my daughter is completely out of her ADHD medication and I was supposed to have a phone consult with Dr. Leonardi at 9:45 this morning. Called at 9:40 on my way

I love Palmetto Pediatric's they see boys immediately if necessary. The staff and doctors are always compassionate. Dr Leonardo is our primary and interacts with the boys so they are comfortable and open up to him. Sometimes the phone service is overloaded due to covid but every health care providers I have had to call has same issue.

Its a little frustrating when Ive been trying to call multiple times and I always get the your call cannot be completed, as the call party is busy automated message. I know with COVID theyre trying their best, but you can at least have someone answer the phone to schedule appointments and or answer general questions! Also, the staff are not very friendly especially Taylor. Every time I get pass the automated system she answers with an attitude! Poor customer service

UPDATE: after calling multiple times it has been a week and I still have not received my childs records. I have attempted to reach Dr. Leonardi after he left a voicemail asking for me to call him to discuss this matter. His office staff keeps telling me he will call me back or that he is not there. I paid $15 to have my childs records emailed to me and was told it would be 24 hours and it has now been a week. My new pediatrician does not charge to have records sent to the patient or guardian and they found it very strange. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PEDIATRICIAN!!!
