Charters
Report
Captain Casey Russell is a local fishing guide who has put together some of the most popular fishing experiences in the area into unique Crystal River fishing charter offerings. Redfish, trout, snook, tarpon, and many other species call this area home. And, the creeks, rivers, grass flats, and oyster bars make great habitat and great targets for us to target these amazing gamefish.
Tarpon Fishing
Report
In most of Florida, you focus on beaches and passes to target tarpon. But here on the Nature Coast, our fish roam the miles and miles of grass flats, creeks, and rivers. It's a unique experience that offers incredible action. Because we fish such shallow water for these fish, it creates awesome sight-fishing opportunities and our fish jump like crazy!
Grouper Fishing
Report
Crystal River is a pristine coastal fishery that is known for epic battles with snook and tarpon, houses many of the most sought-after inshore species anywhere, but it also holds one of the most unique experiences found along Florida's coast - Shallow water grouper fishing! In waters as shallow as 8 feet and stretching into the nearshore zone, at about 30 feet, gag grouper are drawn to very specific bottom habitats that are found in our area.
Crystal River Scalloping
Report
Spend the day floating around and catching dinner by hand! Scalloping out of Crystal River is a great way to spend the day with your family, friends, or even corporate outing. We start the day by working our way out of the Crystal River and out onto the expansive grass flats of the Nature Coast.
Once we are out on the scalloping grounds, you gear up with fins, masks, snorkels, and bags (all provided for you) and dive down to grab your tasty scallops. The swimming is typically easy as we can usually find great numbers of scallops in 4-8 feet of water.
