All sites have their own meter and are read on the day of arrival and first of month. All lot, electric and storage invoices are due on the first and are considered late on the fifth. A 11$ a day late charge is added as a late fee starting on the fifth. We are a quiet family park built on private property and we would love to have you as our guest.
