I got the job, they gave me a uniform and told me they'd call me when they put me on the schedule. I waited a week, then called them. A paperwork mixup, they said. Would call me as soon as they had a time slot I could fill. That was close to TWO YEARS AGO. Did they ever put me on the schedule? No. But they "hired" me. The first clue should be their messy office. The next should be all these low reviews. They act professional, but they aren't.

This being social media the reviews will be mixed at most however from my experience with the Company, they expect you to show for work on time, well groomed and ready to work but here's the caveat to that. They don't offer any affordable Health benefits, a 401 K for your retirement and the pay 11.50 sucks. Who can survive on 11.50 and hour? Or 12.50 for that matter? But the Owner has varies accounts all over Buffalo, Erie County and numerous guards. I hear he under bids his competition but sooner or later through word of mouth or deeds, the law of averages starts to kick in and nothing lasts forever

These guards are total unprofessional and no commonsense, no knowledge of ethics and security. Total harassment people, bunch idiots. They shouldn't work in the private or public building at all. They don't respect the public and they don't know how to assist the public and how to deal with each and individual cases. Who ever hired them should cancel their contract immediately and fire them from there job.
