From age 12, Dr. Heffron knew that she wanted to be a doctor. She was attracted to the opportunity of helping women with their unique healthcare needs, as well as using her surgical skills. After delivering babies for 34 years, Dr. Heffron now limits her practice to office gynecology and GYN surgery.
Darla Lofgren

Dr. Lofgren has always had a passion for obstetrics. This interest started when she was a patient experiencing pre-term labor with her oldest daughter. As a patient she developed the understanding of the stress of having a high risk pregnancy. After successfully delivering her first child, her second pregnancy was fortunately without complications.

I love my job. It is what I was meant to do. Being able to share the experiences of pregnancy and the happiness of bringing a new addition to your family is very special to me. I enjoy the continuity of care that gynecology brings from the teenage years through menopause and beyond. I believe it is important to educate my patients and give them the information they need to make informed decisions when it comes to their health.

Rita Barnhart became a Physician's Assistant and chose OB/GYN as her specialization because of the opportunity to provide patient care through the various stages of a woman's life. Often other specialties miss out on this privilege. She most enjoys helping her patients resolve (or at least control) their health care issues.

For as long as she can remember, Dr. Wisley has always wanted to be a doctor. She fell in love with Obstetrics and Gynecology during her medical school rotations and could not imagine doing anything else. She loves the hustle and bustle of the Labor and Delivery floor while also enjoying the continuity of care gynecology clinic can provide - from adolescence to menopause and beyond.
