Dr. Pollak is a board certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been a practicing pediatrician in the Tulsa area for over 18 years. She has 3 children who attend Tulsa Public Schools. Her outside interests include cycling, yoga, and enjoying the city she has grown up in.
Her medical interests include breast feeding and adolescent health including contraceptive care. She has been active in community groups promoting both of these issues. Her volunteer work has included Xavier Clinic and work in Haiti. Dr. Pollak enjoys medicine most when she is able to get to know her patients and their families.

New Patient
Report
Currently we accept new patients under BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma, SoonerCare, and United Healthcare. We accept new patients from birth through 17 years of age. We may ask that you have records transferred prior to your visit so that Dr. Pollak can review them and be prepared to help your child.
Payment
Report
We generally do not accept self-pay patients at this time. Self-pay would be those who have an insurance we are not contracted with and those who have no insurance. We are working on changing this. Please call if you have questions about self-pay. Well child checks and routine immunizations are generally covered by insurance.
