Knowledgeable, helpful source for hearing aids, with plenty of follow-up as needed over the years. Many friends who have gone to discount sources have never adjusted to wearing their hearing aids and don't get the full benefit of them. From the outset, the Center for Better Hearing explains how to adjust efficiently and effectively. Hearing aids are not like glasses, which you put on and immediately see better. You have to get used to them and your brain needs to get used to interpreting what you are now hearing. I recommend the Center for Better Hearing to everyone I know.

I went to the center for better hearing to test the Opticon hearing aid. I currently have a phonak hearing aid. The audiologist, Eitan Cohen was excellent. He thoroughly explained the differences between my old hearing aid and the Opticon hearing aid. He showed me how to use the new demo hearing aid and download an Opticon app to connect to my iPhone that I can use to control the hearing aid. I have used the center for better hearing for over six years and the people there have always been very good. Now that there are more people on the staff the audiologist can take you right away without having

Really great place! Nice office and nice people. I have so appreciated working with Joanne who really understands hearing loss and how to help someone choose the correct hearing aids. I went to a different location first time and all I got was an intense sales pitch. I experienced none of that here.
Joanne is very patient and answered my many questions. I am still adapting to using hearing aids, but I know if I have any issues or questions, I can seek her out for assistance. I highly recommend this office.

My hearing aides were making a static sound days before I was to leave on a holiday vacation. They got me in, checked out my aides, said they needed to be sent in for repair. CFBH gave me loaners for my trip.

I have hearing problems when I was 14, so I went to the Better Hearing since long time ago. Im now 31 years old, and I went back to the same place and the doctor gave me a different model of my hearing aids. I love it.
