Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services address musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery through manual techniques and therapeutic exercises. Patients receive individualized treatment plans focusing on pain relief, improved mobility, and functional restoration. Our therapists utilize evidence-based approaches including joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and neuromuscular re-education to help patients achieve optimal outcomes.
Occupational Therapy
Specialized occupational therapy helps patients regain independence in daily activities after injury or illness. We focus on upper extremity rehabilitation, ergonomic modifications, and adaptive techniques for home and work environments. Our therapists address conditions affecting hand function, sensory processing, and cognitive abilities through purposeful activity-based interventions tailored to each patient's specific needs.
Neurological Therapy
Comprehensive neurological rehabilitation treats conditions like stroke, Parkinson's disease, and traumatic brain injuries using neurofeedback, EMG biofeedback, and functional training. Our multidisciplinary approach combines physical, occupational, and speech therapy to improve motor function, balance, and cognitive abilities. Treatment plans incorporate interactive metronome therapy and brain mapping to enhance recovery outcomes.
Ergonomic Assessments
We conduct detailed ergonomic evaluations for office and industrial settings to prevent work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Our assessments identify risk factors in workstations and recommend modifications to improve posture, reduce strain, and enhance productivity. Services include workstation analysis, posture training, and customized equipment recommendations for both office and industrial environments.
Manual Therapy
Specialized manual therapy techniques include joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, and myofascial release to improve mobility and reduce pain. Our therapists use skilled hand movements to address musculoskeletal restrictions, enhance joint function, and promote tissue healing. This hands-on approach is often combined with therapeutic exercises for comprehensive rehabilitation outcomes.

Having been rolled over upon by a 10 ton compactor , used on road construction in 1978, I've lived with the pain in all of my broken bones in my entire back, my pelvis, both shoulders and my left leg including my foot. Of all the physical therapy locations I've been referred to or chose myself OPT Physical Therapy is the only one that has chosen to strengthen my body's core first. I fully trust Dr. Call with my physical therapy needs. Although I'm literally broken, I'm not broken down! Thanks Doc.

This place is special because it's run by a husband and wife team, who personally take care of you. It's a smaller place, but has everything that you'll need. You walk in and they know you by name - such a welcoming, personal experience. I love that! I trust the care is better than a big corporate place with lots of employees. I actually liked going to PT - it was like visiting with friends.

I had the pleasure of working with David, DPT for a clinical rotation. David is clearly passionate about what he does and goes above and beyond for his patients. Kristy is always a welcoming face, taking care of front-of-house business and working with patients to find the best appointment for their schedule. Kourtney, PTA is a wonderful addition to the practice always eager to help and assist each patient. Im very grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from David and get to know these amazing people at this practice. If you are looking for individualized and tailored care, I HIGHLY recommend
