Tutoring Services
Report
All tutoring sessions are taught either 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 with no more than 3 students per teacher. For younger students, small groups can be especially successful when students with similar needs and goals are partnered together. Students usually enjoy collaborating with their peers. Plus, students who enjoy our classes often learn more too!
Special Education Services

Shiery's Tutoring offers supportive, individualized tutoring focused on your child and their needs. We understand that one-size does not fit all. Our teachers provide an inclusive learning environment, whether it's in our 1:1 or small group sessions, or in our academically focused Reading, Writing, and Assessment prep classes.
Science Classes

We will present and discuss cutting-edge scientific discoveries and technological breakthroughs as a way to practice understanding and communicating science. We will use fun DIY experiments to practice and improve scientific writing. This will include writing practice, content review, and practice multiple choice questions.*
SAT Test Prep

These courses are designed to support students who plan to take the SAT within the next 12 months. Throughout these courses, students will review key concepts, practice answering and discussing questions from the SAT, and learn techniques for tackling the different types of problems. This will include practice problems, content review, and practice taking portions of the exam.
College Counseling

Planning for college can be complicated and overwhelming. Let us help you navigate this process and ensure that you start your future with confidence. Our college counseling program is designed for current high school juniors and seniors seeking information and guidance with the college application process.
