This place used to be the best bank in town but since they opened up to the general public they only care about the bottom dollar. I've had my account here since I was in high-school as my grandfather was a railroader but I'll be canceling my account now after too many issues and being told they basically don't care.

Excellent staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful for my vehicle loan. Another bank I had considered was rude to me which is not the kind of bank I want to be with. Definitely will be sticking with Santa Fe FCU!

The people are very nice that work at Santa Fe. I am giving this a 3 star out of 5 because of availability. They dont cater to the customers. They close at 5:30 on Friday and will not open on Saturday. Need to be more available for their customers.
